Just a heads up, in case people weren't aware - Tyranids are expected to be the next major 40k tabletop release for this edition.
Rumour has it we should expect a flavour-packed overhaul to the psychic powers list, as well as two new big bugs (one is an anti-aircraft flyer, and the other is a ground-gribbly apparently) and a return on all those wonderful Carnifex biomorphs that went poof last edition.
As always it should be pointed out that the Tyranid Mod is not edition-specific (we've been around for four editions now I think, and we have references going back to the original Tyranid codex) - so any flavour we can take from the new codex we will try to, but we're probably not going to add any more units than we have planned already.
In development news, we're still trucking along slowly. We've got new building animations, some FX improvements, some new abilities and even an offer of new sounds from an outside modder.
