Get into CC ASAP!

Srsly, 'nids are nothing without fexes. Winged warriors =/= a fex for AV. A land raider could smash your tyrant down pretty damn fast, and without that you'd be stuck to take it down. And believe me, annoying marine players will take about 4 of them in a 1.5k battle.
I'd also recommend a broodlord and/or stealers for their infiltration and the general fact that a b/l with retinue can tear the fsck out of just about anything.

Other than that, looks fairly nice.

i have 6 units that could be AV units. 5 squads of warriors, and my tyrant.

a fex is too slow for this list. its ment to be a fast CC list.

First thing I notice is your tyrant with rending claws. Seems kind of redundant to me, since MCs roll 2d6 for penetration anyway.

Second thing is that I don't think you can take wings and extended carapace, which you've done for your warriors.

my HT does not have rending claws. he has scything talons and lash whip & bonesword. all my warriors have RC and ST.

any my one squad of winged warriors did have extended carapace. that was a typo. same as the points for the rippers, winged warriors, and i forgot the toxin sacs for my rippers.

they can spawn anywhere on the board and as far as im concerned they own

one lictor cost the same as 8 hormagaunts. im going for a fast, swarm CC army.

I love lictors too personally, I dropped one in on my brother and killed his land raider from the rear, before running back into cover. So I love them.

Anyway, if your going for this fast CC, I think it's good. You may want to adjust something and give your hive tyrant psychic scream. One of the key things to do in a CC army is to demoralize your enemy, because while one unit is running away, your guys can tie up a different unit. Quicker consolidation moves also make wiping out whole squads better.

Other than that, I just recommend you make good use of cover.

One biomorph that will help yo get into close combat faster is Scuttlers. It will get you that much closer to a Turn 2 (and sometimes Turn 1) assault.
